Afer your order made and payment done, we prepar the products in 24 hours and plan to delivery processing:

1)Firstly we will send you email or message for delivery schedule before the delivery day.

2)When we arrived your address , we will try to connect with you or your family by door bell or knock the door 2 times , if nobody answer we will leave  your package at your door and take photo to proof your order has been delivered and send you email or message , so after that please pick it up as soon as you can.

3)For those apartment address please send us main entrance code by email: mesfavoris1053@gmail.com or message to 450-999-0051 , if for this reason lead to fail delivery , we will not delivery again , you need to pick up your order at our physical store.(Before it please contact us firstly to make sure your order already transfer to our store)
